Overview
Humpolec is a town in Pelhřimov District in the Vysočina Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 11,000 inhabitants. It is located in the Křemešník Highlands and its development in the Middle Ages was connected with silver mining. Humpolec is traditionally an industrial town, known today primarily for the Family Brewery Bernard and the engineering industry.
