Geography
Börtlingen is on the periphery of the metropolitan region of Stuttgart. It is in the Schurwald, 334–498 m above sea level, about 6 km north of the town of Göppingen. The municipality of Börtlingen includes the village of Börtlingen, the two hamlets of Breech and Zell, the estates of Ödweiler, Schweizerhof and Schneiderhof, and the remains of the village of Oedweiler. {| class="wikitable" !
