Morley is a village in Mecosta County in the U.S. state of Michigan. The population was 517 at the 2020 census.

History & geography

Geography

Morley is in southwestern Mecosta County on the border between Aetna Township to the west and Deerfield Township to the east. It is south of Big Rapids, the county seat, and north of Howard City. According to the United States Census Bureau, Morley village has a total area of , of which are land and , or 9.60%, are water. The Little Muskegon River flows southwesterly through the southeast part of the village, where it is impounded to form Morley Pond.
